Created a template and transfered the push rod cutout to the firewall in the proper location for the jabiru 3300 offset nose wheel.
Masked the area of the nose wheel strut where pwder coating is to be removed for the bearing surface. This will allow a high-temp protective wrap to the sides of this masked area so powder coating may be tourched/burned off where specified by the plans (blue masked area in photo 2).
Assembled nose wheel assembly and inflated to 24 psi.
Pulled SF-4048-20 SYMMCO bronze bushings and the AN526C-1032R6 pan head cap screws to begin fitting to engine mount tube per SNB-L02 Detail A.
Nose wheel push rod opening layout on firewall.
Marking area to remove powder coating from.
Assembled nose wheel assembly and inflated to 24 psi.
