Brief Description:  Cutting Oil Cooler Air Inlet / Shorten & Install H

Created a card stock template for the 2" x 5 1/2" oval that will be cut as the oil cooler colling air inlet. This will be positioned 5 1/2" below the prop hub rim on the cowling.

After tracing the oval into proper position, a Dremel tool was used to cut the oval opening.

A Dremmel sanding drum attachment was used to dress the edges to the lines, and medium grit sandpaper and a block to do finial edge finishing.

Also shortened the length again of the new longer oil cooler hose (with the right anlge elbow) until the fit was just the right length. Reinstalled the hose and tightened the attachment points.
