Brief Description: Cutting/Fabricating Avionics Tray Finals

Completed the toolpath calculations for drilling and cutting the final avionics trays from 0.032" 6061 T6 sheet stock. Cut all tray components on the CNC. Performed all deburring and cleaning of the tray pieces. Layed out the pieces and marked for proper bending. Ready to bend the pieces on the brake.

All tray pieces drilled and cut on the CNC.

Deburring all the edges and holes.

Laying out for proper piece orientation and bending directions to avoid a bend in the wrong direction.
