Reassembled the counter balance arms to install the 16 gauge steel plate weights that were added to achieve proper balance of the ailerons.
Rechecked the balance of the ailerons and all is balanced to specifications. Maintained 3/16" to 1/4" above level at the trailing edges. Both trailing edges were even with each other the full length of the trailing edges.
Additional 16 gauge steel plate weights were painted to prevent corrosion.
