Brief Description: Converting Instrument Panel To Removeable
Continued converting/fitting instrument panel left and right support brackets from fixed rivets to removeable nuts and bolts.
Continued fitting AN525-10R10 washer cap screws with AN365-10-32A stop nuts to attach the left and right support brackets to the vertical side angles.
Used AN526C-632R6 machine screws with AN365C-632 stop nuts for attaching the bottom brace across the instrument panel to the SNB-F07-06L/R horizontal support surfaces.
Determined position and drilled #30 pilots through the left and right longerons to line up with existing holes in left and right support brackets.
Attaching SNB-F07-06L/R brackets to instrument panel lower brace with machine screws and stop nuts.
Locating and drilling #30 pilot holes through left and right longerons using existing bracket holes.
AN525-19R10 washer head screws hold to the verticals and AN3 bolts hold to the longerons.
