Brief Description: T03: Hor Stab Main Spar Assy - Part 1
T03: Assembled Main Spar with #40 silver clecoes. Up-drilled to #30 copper clecos. Dissassembled, deburred, dressed edges, and cleaned. Re-assembled with copper clecos and completed approximately half of the final rivetting.
Up-drilling from #40 pilot hole to #30 final rivet hole.
Up-sizing to next larger cleco after drilling pilot hole to a rivet hole.
