Brief Description:  T13: Rudder Skin & Hinge - Part 1

T13: Worked on laying out cut lines per the plans for fabricating the rudder skin for assembly. I'm still in that "confused by what the plans are trying to show or say" stage, but I'm starting to get more confortable and familiar with the conventions used in the plans.

Cut both ends of the control surface stock to complete the rudder skin fabrication.

I also learned it might make for less bend deforming to use a dremel cutoff wheel to make a cut on the line at each place where the sheetmetal form makes a sharp angle/bend (the three corner bends of the triangle on the rudder skin stock). Using tin snips around the bends tended to deform the bend a little.

Worked on laying out drill points per the plans for fabricating the rudder hinge.
