"These forms are for the flap nose ribs (left), the aileron pocket ribs (center), and the aileron nose ribs (right). The flaps tuck beneath a small wing-skin overhang behind the rear spar. The ailerons, however, are a little more elaborate. There is a concave pocket created behind the rear spar inside which the ailerons operate. You can see how the center and right jigs (imagine them with no flanges) fit together so the ailerons and move inside the space.
In order to create this forms, I copied the plan sheet on my multifunction printer and glued them to the MDF pieces. I then cut close to the line with my jig saw, and then sanded up to the line on my disk/belt sander. The small notches were cut out with the jig saw, and corners filed round by hand."
