Plans: 1. Finish the Empennage. Status: 95% complete. The top surface of the empennage has been covered and painted. The paint scheme has been applied to match the sides. The control surfaces have been reinstalled. Safety wire and pins still remain as well as a few black leather patches to cover over the control cable exits.
