Today we installed the Anti Servo Tab We still need to safety wire the hinge pins into place. Right now there is a little squeek when you move the tab. However, I believe as the airplane is flown it will loosen up and quiet down. The anti servo tab still moves freely it just squeeks when it moves.
Also the counter balance arm hardware was torqued to 28 inch lbs due to the nylock nut that is installed on the AN3 bolt. I still need to talk to VANS aircraft about the right torque for the rudder hinge and the stabilator hinge.
