- Dimpled the 1201-R in the specified places prior attaching it to the wing skeleton. - Clecoed the W-1201-A Doubler to the inbound wing skin and the bottom flange of the Front Spar Assembly. - Final-Drill #20 the 8 forward holes (minus the first hole for specific cherry rivet) - While the doubler was in place, we melted an outline of the doubler in the blue protective plastic on the wing skin so the skin and the doubler could be primered. - Disassembled the doubler from the wing skin and removed the plastic, deburred, sanded & primed the wing skin and the doubler prior to riveting. - Reattached the wing skin and clecoed the wing skin and the doubler back in place. - Riveted the 8 forward holes on the Doubler that were Final-Drilled #20. - Clecoed the wing skin to the wing skeleton.
