MAIN RIBS: With close attention to detail in the instructions, we selected each specific Main Rib as discribed in the build instructions and clecoed, then riveted each Main Rib to the RIGHT wing spar.
We clecoed the Rear Spar Assembly to the Main Ribs and match drilled #30 the 3 sections called out on page 15-06 then removed all the clecos and deburred all holes we match drilled.
We then reattached the Rear Spar Assembly with clecos and then riveted the Rear Spar Assembly to the Main Ribs using the specific rivets called for on the instructions. ----- NOSE RIBS: With close attention to detail in the instructions, we selected each specific Nose Rib as discribed in the build instructions and clecoed, then riveted each Nose Rib to the wing spar.
Nick dimpled the 12 most forward holes on the 2nd and 3rd Nose Rib (counting from the inside) for the wing walk.
We attached the Right Stub Spar Assembly with clecos and then riveted it to the Nose Ribs. We inserted the snap bushings into the nose ribs (this will be for wires).
