~Section 15 continued~

We selected a L and R nose rib that was trimmed on the forward and aft. We dimpled the rivet holes indicated on the instructions. We attached the nut plates on both L & R nose rib.
We attached the Doubler plates to each selected nose rib.

We dimpled, deburred and attached 2 nut plates to one of the three remaining untrimmed Right and Left nose ribs.

Nick fluted and straightened all of the W-1210 main Ribs (both left and right).
Amber trimmed the forward flange off of all 13 Ribs (both left and right).

Right rib: clecoed the W-1210B-R (doubler) and match drilled #30 the main rib using the doubler as a guide.
Left rib: clecoed the W-1210B-L (doubler) and match drilled #30 to the main rib using the doubler as a guide.
All holes were deburred and the doublers were primed.

Hinge Bracket Assemblies were clecoed to the main rib (both left and right) and match drilled #30 and then deburred all holes and the hinge brackets were set aside.

We clecoed the rib doublers back onto the main ribs (both left and right) and riveted the doubler plates to the main ribs (both left and right).
