Manufacturing doublers for the Comm Antennas The doubler is cut 6 1/4 wide by 10 1/5 long the outside edge is cut at 3.6 degrees to match the fuselage. I bent the sides at 1/2" in each side and 5/8" at the rear. I put a .032 joggle 5/8" on the 3.6 degree cut side to fit over the floor rib the antenna is offset 1/8 from the center line
