Attached the left and right elevators and clamped them to the outboard end of each horizontal stabilizer Identified the aft most elevator horn and removed the elevators to more easily mark and drill the pushrod assembly attachment bolt hole Drilled the right horn #40 and then final drilled #12 Built a drill guide by glueing a 1/4" piece of Luan plywood to 3/4" piece of oak hardwood, diimesion was perfect. Drilled the drill guide #12 Positioned the guide between the horns and clamped it into position, Match drilled the left horn #12
