Final drilled number 40 the nut plate attachment rivet holes of the F-880B-L-1 and R-1 forward seat ramp ribs and the F-880A-1 forward seat ramp Removed the tabs from both sides of the D-879-1 Seat ramp De-burred all holes and edges of the F-880B-L-1 and R-1 forward seat ramp ribs, F-880A-1 forward seat ramp and F-879-1 seat ramp Dimple countersunk the #40 holes in the F-880B-L-1 and R-1 forward seat ramp ribs and the F-880-A-1 forward seat ramp for flush rivets Primed all seat ramp parts Dimpled the rivet holes in the nut plates and riveted to the F-880B-L-1 and R-1 forward seat ramp ribs and the F-880A-1 forward seat ramp Temporarily mounted the F-865-1 console and match drilled #19 the aft 2 screw holes in the F-865-1 console into the right F-804N-1 bulkhead cap Removed the console de-burred all of the holes in the F-804N-1 and F-865-1 and drilled the F-865-1 bulkhead cap for nutplates. Machine countersunk the F-865-1 bulkhead cap for flush rivets Riveted the nut plates to the bulkhead cap Made the F-864E-1 cable anchor Removed the small tab from the F-864A-1 throttle quadrant mount De-burred the holes and edges of the F-864A-1 throttle quadrant mount and the F-864B-1 throttle quadrant cover Cleco’ed the F-864E-1 cable anchor to the F-864A-1 throttle quadrant mount. Match drilled #30 the F-864E-1 cable anchor using the F-864A-1 throttle quadrant mount as a guide De-burred the #30 holes and tapped the #30 holes in the F-864E-1 cable anchor for 8-32 screws Final drilled #19 and de-burred the 4 #30 holes in the F-864A-1 throttle quadrant mount Final drill #40 and de-burred the nutplate attach rivet holes in the F-864B-1 throttle quadrant cover Primed all of the throttle quadrant parts. Riveted the nutplates to the F-864B-1 throttle quadrant cover
