Bent the training edge of the trim tab Bent the inboard and outboard tabs Clecoed E-607 to the bottom of the trim tab skin (e-619pp-1-020 clamped e-718 and E717 together (used the parts from the electric trim package) and using the clevis pin from the package to maintain alignment clecoed and drilled the assembly to the trim tab. Clamped E-721 to the top flange of E-607 and marked the edges of the skin onto the hinge Final drilled all holes and deburred. Countersunk the top of the trim tab spar for the hinge Conversion coated and primed the trim tab Clecoed and riveted the assembly together
