Clecoed and drilled the E-610 and E-611 reinforcement plates and nut plates to the E-702 Spar. prepared, clecoed and drilled the E-703 and E-704 ribs, clecoed and drilled them to the E-702 spar. Clecoed the counterbalance skin to the E-703 and E-704 ribs.
