Marked the bend line on the spar. Even though the instructions didn't call for stress relief notches they appeared on the drawings so I cut them into the spar with my dremal tool and a bur bit. After the fact I checked with Vans and they indicated that adding them was the right thing to do. I used a seamer to make the bends. I dimpled the Spar and countersunk for the rivets in the HS810 and HS 814 center holes. I used my slow speed electric drill for the countersinks. I find that the air drill is way too fast and I get chatter with the 3 flue cutter unless it goes slow
