I wanted to start by doing some simple manufacturing so I started with the stiffeners to get my feet wet. I spent a couple of hours cutting, sanding and polishing the HS815 stiffeners and shaping the HS-810-1 and HS 814-1 parts.
When I peeled back the blue plastic to reveal a deep scratch in HS-603 PP. I really missed that in the inventory!. Called Gus at Van's and sent him image number 2 showing the scratch. Gus indicated that it may be able to be cleaned up but will send me a replacement part.
Ok so back to manufacturing the stiffeners. No rush until the new Spar arrives from Van's
