Brief Description:  Engine Baffling

Worked on assembling and fitting the engine baffling.
Marked the part numbers on all parts of both the CB-1000A and CB-700E Baffle Stiffeners per the callouts.
Removed the hatched areas from both the CB-1000A and CB-700E Baffle Stiffeners as shown in Figures 1 and 2 and deburred the edges and rounded the corners on all parts.
Seperated the CB-1000B Left and Right air dams.
Clecoed the final drilled #40 the CB-1003C and CB-1004B doubler plates to the CB-1004A cylinder 4 baffle.
Disassembled and deburred the CB-1003C and CB-1004B doubler plates and the CB-1004A cylinder 4 baffle. Dimpled the rivet holes in the doubler plates and corresponding holes in the cylinder 4 baffle. Primed all parts. Riveted the CB-1003C and CB-1004B doubler plates to the CB-1004A cylinder 4 baffle.
The oil cooler that I purchased has to be larger than the one Vans designed for the baffle because of the size of the engine that I purchased. Because of this I will need to mount the oil cooler elsewhere. I need to see where I can fit ducting. The oil cooler will probably need to be mounted on the firewall
Created the FF-713 Spacer and drilled it to the CB-1004B and CB705A Baffle.
Disassembled, deburred and primed all parts
