Installed the Hartzell Propeller Governor. The installation instructions were not very usefull. I ended up calling Tech help at Hertzell. The cap screws had to be removed (one at a time) to rotate the assembly about 180 degrees so that the control arm would not interfere with the mounting assembly. Biggest issue is that the return spring is so strong that the control is pulled back to the fine pitch unless the friction lock is really cranked on. I called Tech help again, the only solution they have for this problem is a longer control arm that is currently out of stock until the end of April. I ordered one and will install it when it arrives.
