Clecoed all of the tank ribs to the baffle Drilled the rib/baffle/attach bracket holes full size.. Removed the vinyl and clecoed the skins to the ribs, baffle and spar.
Match drilling the tank rib and baffle
Use a stop to prevent accidentally drilling the spar
