Manufactured the tie downs and the W-726 spacers. Cut the tiedown bar to length. Drilled the hole at the dimensions shown on DWG 15A. I clamped the spacers to the spar and put a bolt through the location hole and hole in the spar. I used double sided sticky tape to make sure things didn't move around. Using double sided sticky tape really helped make this easier. I put a strip of tape behind the spacer to hold it to the spar in the right place. Back drilled all of the bolt holes through the spar, removed the parts and drilled the platenuts rivets, tapped the AEX for the tiedown threads. deburred and primed the parts riveted the platenuts on. attached the assembly and bell crank brackets on the spar

Using a hole saw to drill the lightening holes in the spacers
