I clamped a couple of pieces of scrap aluminum to both sides of the HS-405 rib and then clamped the hs-404 to the aluminum as it will be assembled later. I then used a sharpie to draw the notch on the HS405. From the lines drawn on the HS405 I measured for the hole locations on the forward flange. In this way I will be certain to have the proper edge clearances.
