To make sure that the flap and aileron were aligned I put a piece of .250 between the aileron and flapand then clamped the piano hinge oin place. That set the gap between the two. Then I stretched a string down the trailing edge to make sure the flap and aileron were perfectly even.Drilled, deburred and countersunk the piano hinge for the flap. Riveted the hinge to the wing and then installed the flap and checked fit. Everything went well.
