The rudder tip angle (8R2-5) was fit to the rudder tip rib (8R1-6). The whore of a rudder nose skin (8R2-3) was fit to the spar, nose, and tip rib. This took several tries to align properly. The entire assembly was taken apart for deburring and ZP application and then reassembled. Rudder complete!
