Brief Description: Tapped bad threads, fabricated tank lines
The threads were badly damaged in the main tank where the aux fill line comes in. I scraped between the threads digging out material with a small pick first hoping to clear a path for the tap to follow. It was pretty bad. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do it, or if I'd have to take it to a shop and have them add material and then tap it again. Luckily I was able to get the tap started and it followed the existing lines. I went a little to deep and took out most of the taper but I think I'll still get a snug fit. It's going to rarely have fuel coming through since it's the aux tank transfer line only. also worked on other line routing and bending.
