The Bearhawk fuel caps are known to be hard to open and close. They are very tight to make sure no water enters the tank. But they are too tight!!! The answer is to sand down the cap OD to allow the O-rings to have somewhere to compress. Now all 4 of my caps go on and off with ease and still compress down water tight!
