I've decided to let my 10 year old build "his side" of the door and window. Going to let him do every step, from the cutting to the painting. We traced out each of our lower door glass tonight with poster board. His cutout was almost perfect. Mine was a 1/4" small. Geez! Learned that a cutoff blade doesn't cut Lexan very well.
