Brief Description:  Fabric Covering - Rudder

I'll take more Pic's of the process on the rest of the Empenage as I proceed. In the meantime I completed tapeing and attaching all of the tapes - over Ribs and on edges......on the Rudder. I have also swtiched to the Stewart System of Fabric Covering from Poly Fiber. My reasons are very simple and represent no dis-satisfaction with the PF system...except the Chemicals and the problems they can potentially cause.

I'll be using the Stewart System (out of Washington State) I've communicated with them via e-mail after discovering them on the web and seeing some sample videos on U-tube on their System. They are very delightful people and extremely eagar to help and advise. Their System is all Water Based and has no Chemical danger attached to it. It's also - in my opinion - far easier to use and fun to work with. Their position is that they have the "strongest' Glue....and the "lightest" system for Fabric Covering. PF is second. They are easily recognized at the stage seen below by their Blue/green coloring. I'm very favorably impressed with their ease of use and effectiveness thus far and glad to be free of the Chemicals I encountered with PF.....where they make a large point of warning about the effects of their Chemicals and the need for a Breathing System in their use. Just my opinion....worth what it costs....nothing....to anyone else. It's what I'm going to be using and happy to have found it.
