Brief Description:  Wing - Right - Wing Locker Structure

Having gone back and forth many times on the value, strength gain or loss of the wing when Lockers are installed I've come down on the side that has me thinking.....The structure has to add - not take away strength...it's another cross member....true- it adds a wee bit of weight...but not very much. It can't - therefore - hurt so I'm going to install that structure and paint the "locker" as though I plan to complete the installation and use them. I can make the final decision - down the road. All I'll need to do is cut out the top skin and finish installing the top "L's" ,closer devises, hinges and cover. IF I decide to not complete installation I simply don't cut out the skin and live with the extra 1 pound (+/-) of weight the structure adds. In other words...I'm leaving my options open. I've also given the locker bin a coat of primer followed by a light coat of white enamel paint.
