Spent 5 hours yesterday and 3 today beginning to assemble the right Wing Frame. Located and drilled front Spar/rear rib locations. Located and drilled rear Spar/rear rib locations. Located and drilled front rib locations. No problems or issues, simply followed the construction guide and plans provided measurements and information. as well as the steps other builders have detailed on their websites. I still need to attach vertical "L"brackets to RR #1-4, Aileron Bellcrank on RR#7 and drill Alieron tube hole in rear Spar plus some final "tweaking" of jogs, etc. All measurements, thus far, are square and as specified.
It will, regretably be awhile until I get back to the plane and more progress on this Wing as I have a large House related painting Deck lumber replacement project to complete before I get back to plane building. I hope "tinker" a bit each day on the plane - and/or Shop - at the end of house maintainance activities - just to keep my head and hands in the plane project.
