Today I used Forms and Blanks created a couple of weeks ago and began to form Wing Ribs. I got 6 done today. Needed to angle edge of forms, cut in relief cuts, clamp in Blank and form both Right and Left of each Ribs #1 thru #6. I also cut the 115mm flange hole in each but not the 95mm. Only #1 Rib - both sides - is formed, flanged and ready for next steps. More of the same plans for tomorrow.
