Today I made Aileron Bell-cranks then decided to drill the pilot holes in the Spar Webs I had cut out and sized a couple of weeks ago. After completing pilot holes (checking all measurments and markings B4 drilling) I decided to fit up and match the upper and lower spar cap angles to both Webs. I am waiting for the 1/4" X 1-1/2" Spar Cap/Doublers to arrive from a local Aluminum Fabricator. He has them ordered and should be in any day now. Better cost and no ship costs added. 1st time I've ordered from him. He can't get thin Sheet sizes from his sources...they start at .040. But if this works out I'll use him for supply when I can. When they arrive I'm ready to assemble my Spars.
