Finished mataching second (for sandwich) of all Wing Ribs, sanded true, routered 1/8" round-over on both sides. Need only now sand in a 5 to 10 degree angle on opposite edge of each (from round-over to outer edge). Will wait to do this until I'm ready to "hammer" out some ribs. Checked them, again, against the CAD drawings. They are within a half cm on all points.
