Traced my - now matched to CAD Patterns - on to 7 Ply Plywood and cut out and sanded to line. They are a perfect match to the CAD Patterns. Matched - where possible - to the 1st set I cut out and was not happy with and where they were bigger (a new #9 - as an example on a poor #6) screwed the new correct blank for a match and cut the old to match for the second form that make up the sandwich. Sanded them both together and I now have a matched set of ready to go form sandwiches for Wing Ribs # 6 through #9 reusing the previously cut rib lumber. Screwed the new #1 through 5 to new ply. Will cut and sand the tomorrow. I have 5 old ribs that hopefully will be usable for other forms. If not...waste could have been worst.
A/C Spruce's web site, order status shows everything but one 2'X4' .063 is now in stock. Told them to cut the .063 and ship the rest. They advised they will do. Waiting for them to tell me carrier, tracking # and estimated delivery date...they previously told me they would when it shipped. Hope to have that infor tomorrow when I fire up the Internet/E-mail.
