Took the time today to fit the Hor Stab to the fuse for the 1st time. Spent a lot of time to insure it is level and equal distance from a center point on the cowling to each corner of the trailing edge of the stab. Satisfied that it is, I drilled an initial 3/16" hole in each of the 4 mounting points and installed a Nut and Bolt then checked my level and equal measurements again. Right on the money...level right to left.....front to rear and same measurement on each side to center front. I'm surprized that 4 simple mounting points appear to be so strong. I'm missing the piano hinge for the Stab/Elevator and the F/G end caps. Will order that next week. Also plan to rebuild the Rudder to the 650 spec's as soon as I get the Sheet Alum order in and delivered. I'll also order the F/G ZAC top rudder cap/rib when I order the other parts from ZAC.
