Began to fit the ribs into the Elevator skin and locate hole positions. Layed out the measurements for the trim tab. Drilled Skin per plans and construcion guide. Drilled ribs to match the skin hole locations. Located and attached Elevator Horns in their respective locations and pilot drilled and clecoed. Cut out the opening for the trim tab and positoned rear chanel, hinge and trim tab. Drilled pilot holes, when satisfied with fit re-drilled them to called for size.
Disassembled all, deburred, primed and re-assembled, clecoed then riveted the complete Elevator.
