Made new 95mm and 115mm flanging forms today. Put relief cuts in edges of #2 Wing Ribs and cut the edges to 12 degrees for spring-back relief. Formed #2 Wing Rib with forms. Remeasured #1 and #2's and the CAD form drawings fit them perfectly. Layed out the balance of the Forming forms on .025 for marking and cut-out. Spaced them for least amount of waste and clean cutting area's. Took a full 4' X 12' sheet with very little left. Will cut them out tomorrow after I get some flying in the Club C-172 in.

All other Wing Rib Forms layed-out - spaced out - screwed down on .025 ready for marking and cut out.
