I had previously cut 5 - 1/8" X 2" X 2" Steel Square Tubes 4' long. Today I de-burred their cut ends, cleaned off the travel oil, lightly sanded, and painted them. When the paint is dry, they will be ready to use on the Rudder and Wings per the assembly instructions. I think I now have the major tools (homemade) built that I'll need with the exception of the "C" Frame for the Spar Rivets. The steel for that is on-hand and cut. I need only to Drill, assemble (weld), sand and paint and it too will be done. Next free day in the Barn (shop) should get that job done.
