Brief Description: Pick up Spruce and 9mm Hydrotek for spar
Went on another field trip to MacBeath hardwoods today. I decided to take along our dog Ferie when I got to MacBeaths just as I got out of the truck I realized I left my keys in the ignition. Just as I was about to open the door Fergie jumped up and hit the lock buttom with her paw. Needless to say she locked my keys in the truck along with my phone. I had to call the wife to come from her work down to the lumber yard to save me. I think the counter guys got a laugh at me waiting in the bed of my truck while the dog waited in the cab nice and warm for my wife to show up 1.5 hrs later. I did find another nice piece of Spruce for around $74.00. I also picked up a 9mm piece of Hydrotek waterproof plywood to build the I-beam section of my spars out of.
