I spent some more time cutting and sanding gussets in preparation for building ribs. I saw on the Piet forum where some guys use a paper cutter to cut their gussets. It worked ok but I found it easier to get a stack of 8-10 and just run them through my band saw and then touch them off on my 12" disk sander to clean them up.
