Brief Description: Cut cap strip into diagonals for building ribs
I cut 64 pieces of cap strip to be used in the top and bottom of the ribs.... I then had to cut the many little diagonal pieces that form the truss within the ribs. There were a total 43 individual pieces of wood in each rib.
Cut and planed 64 total 1/4 x 1/2 inch cap strip for the ribs
Cut and sanded 32 of each nose and tail pieces
Sanded all diagonals to correct angles for the truss design
