I haven't taken any photos of the actual longerons with the holes drilled yet. However, I've slowly been drilling the holes in the longerons. The holes are #40, but they take a while to drill because the longeron stock is quite thick.
At this point, I'm about 2/3 of the way finished with the drilling. Each hole takes about a minute to drill.
PS: Knock wood...my air compressor is holding out. The constant drilling causes the motor to run constantly.
