Brief Description: Spark Plug Wire Installation and Routing
According to the E-mag manual, the spark plug wires are not supposed to be bundled together, so I needed to be careful with the routing and spacing. I ordered and installed spark plug wire separators, and I will incorporate them into the organization of the path from the plugs to the E-mags.
I also modified the plastic guides for the back of the shroud so the larger wires would work without binding. Once that was set, I secured the fittings to the shroud.
The wires are different lengths, so it was important to understand which plug was going to which E-mag. The cylinders are also stacked which adds to the concern over the length.
For the wires that are exposed in the front, I used small adel clamps to secure them to the engine and avoid any tension on the plug itself, again using the separators on the wires.
