Again, due to the installation of the aft kick plate, I have had to rework the right side upper panel for a better fit. I was able to simply modify the large panel and base, but I did need to remake the side panel that fits against the seat frame.
I have started to drill all of the rivet locations and will be able to dimple the pieces for a flush rivet installation. Once the holes are drilled and deburred, I will prime the internal sides of the pieces and rivet together.
Too late to be making this much noice, so must continue tomorrow. Looking good so far.
