I completed fluting all the main (center section) ribs. These ribs, being fairly straight, are relatively easy to flute. It starts off slow but you rapidly get better at the whole process. Once I'd completed all the main ribs, I did one of the leading edge ribs (had to be the thickest one too, didn't it!) just to see how much more of a mission it was - and it was!
After fluting, all the main ribs sit nice and flat on each other
The 1st leading edge rib fluted - nice and flat in comparison with the rear most one.
