Brief Description: Speed Break Actuator Pass through hole closure

I closed the whole in the floor by using Pour a foam with the Speed break in place (everything mask off with Duck tape) then removed the speed break actuator and sanding it flush. I then laid 2 Ply BID on the inside. Once cured I cut out the hole for the speed Break actuator pass through and the removed the foam from the underside and laid another 2 ply BID. I also wire the Speed Break Actuator.
