Brief Description: Right Rudder Modification for Carbon Hinge
I cut off the hidden Bell horn and then removed all the hinges and hardware. I them prepared the surface area of the winglet and rudder for bonding the hinge. I then cut and prepared the Hinge for bonding. I hydrasoled the hinge in place and floxed the hinge pin keeper in place at the top for the rudder. I then reamed the click holes in preparation for flox rivets when I place 2 plys of BID on inside of hinge.
